Fix: Having trouble pairing the Firestick App?

If you are firestick remote not working, then you need to pair your Fire TV remote. Tried menu settings but still have issues with my remote pairing? Here are some tips for connecting or re-connecting your Fire TV remote.

You need to replace the battery in your remote and move your remote closer to your Fire TV device, within 10 feet (3 m) next unplug your Fire TV device with a power cord or adapter, then plug it back in.

Use the Fire TV app to pair your remote (remember to unpair the remote before pairing another if you are already seven pairs). If you have seven controllers added, remove one of them before attempting to connect the other.
